F31 STUDIO RENTAL REGULATIONS
§1
1. The owner and operator of the photography studio is the company Creative Content Studios Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (02-972) at 18B/77 Os Krolewska St., NIP 9512589779, REGON: 527808004.
2. The customer service office of F31 studio is located at 4 Pola Karolinskie St. unit 035, 02-414 Warsaw.
3. The primary studio purpose is conducting photoshoots and recording film materials. Also it's available for booking to organize workshops or other events.
§2
1. The Owner provides studio rental services along with a photography equipment.
2. The Owner commits to renting technically sound equipment. Any equipment malfunctions should be reported as soon as possible.
3. The studio equipment should be used according to the manufacturer's recommendations. In case of any doubts regarding usage, consult the Owner immediately
.
4. The paper backdrop may be unrolled and rolled up only when assisted by the Owner. In case of damage to the backdrop during unrolling or during later use, a penalty of PLN 50 per meter or PLN 400 for the entire backdrop will be charged.
5. Softboxes and other light modifiers can only be changed by the Owner.
6. Only the Owner can open and close the electric blackout curtains on the ceiling windows.
§3
1. The studio space and equipment must be returned in the same condition as before the rental period. This means the Lessee is responsible for turning off lighting equipment and returning it to its proper place, as well as repositioning any moved furniture.
2. If the Lessee wants to add props from the SPACE room to the LIGHT room or vice versa, this is only possible if the other room is free. The studio also has equipment and props that can be added to the rooms for an additional fee. This list can be found on our website in the PRICE LIST section.
3. The Lessee is prohibited from bringing children unless they are participants in the photo session. If children are present in the rooms, the Lessee is responsible for supervising them and their behaviour. The responsibility for their safety rests solely with the Lessee.
4. The Lessee agrees to cover the costs of any damage caused by the Lessee or third parties present in the studio during the rental period (models, beauty artists, assistants, children, etc.).
5. Each room can accommodate up to 7 people without an additional charge. Counting from the eighth person, an additional fee of 30 PLN per hour per person will be charged.
6. The use of feathers in the rooms is prohibited.
7. The use of candles is allowed only in the presence of the Owner.
8. The Lessee should inform the Owner in advance if paint, smoke, artificial snow, confetti, or other specific props will be used during the photoshoot. A cleaning fee of 200 PLN will be charged. Cleaning will be arranged by the Owner during the rental if the room is occupied afterward, or after the rental if the room is free after the Lessee.
§4
1. The use of the studio for illegal activities is prohibited. The Owner reserves the right to interrupt the rental if the activities conducted in the studio involve content deemed illegal under Polish law.
2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) and drug use are strictly prohibited in the studio.
3. Non-compliance with the smoking ban will result in a financial penalty of 500 PLN.
4. Alcohol consumption in the studio is strictly prohibited, except when alcohol is used as a prop on camera.
5. The Owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Pets are allowed in the studio, provided they are well-groomed and kept clean. An additional cleaning fee of 100 PLN will be charged in case of dirting.
7. The studio prohibits taking pornographic photos.
8. For nude photo sessions, all participants must have documents proving they are of legal age.
§5
1. Studio rental fees are charged according to the Price List. Payment is collected in full at the time of booking, not upon arrival at the studio.
2. All prices listed in the Price List are gross prices and include 23% VAT.
3. Studio reservations can be made online on our website or via studio's Instagram page.
4. The reservation will be confirmed by the Lessor via email. After payment is made, a VAT invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
5. Failure to pay within 1 hour will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation after this time.
6. Transferring the Lessee's booked hours to third parties is only allowed with prior notification to the Owner.
7. The Owner must be informed of any cancellation or date changes by phone, email, or on our Instagram page.
8. In case of cancellation 48 hours or more before the reserved rental time, the Lessee can expect: 1) a 100% refund of the paid amount. The Owner will refund the amount using the same payment method chosen by the Lessee. Or 2) reschedule the date and time. In this case, the reservation can only be changed once.
9. In case of cancellation 24 hours before the reserved rental time, the Lessee can expect: 1) a 50% refund of the paid amount. The Lessor will refund the amount using the same payment method chosen by the Lessee. Or 2) reschedule the date and time. In this case, the reservation can only be rescheduled once.
10. In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, the paid amount is non-refundable. In this case, the Lessee cannot reschedule the date and time and must make a new reservation and payment.
11. Rentals for workshops or events are individually priced.
§6
1. The minimum rental time is 1 hour.
2. The rental start time is the hour for which the room was booked, regardless of the actual arrival time of the client and the start of the photo session. The rental end time is the hour until which the room was booked. If the reserved time is insufficient, the rental can be extended if there is no next renter. The minimum extension time is 1 hour.
3. In case of late arrival or early departure by the Lessee, the price remains unchanged.
4. The actual shooting time for a two-hour reservation is 1 hour and 55 minutes, for a three-hour reservation - 2 hours and 55 minutes, etc. The last 5 minutes (at least) of the rental should be used to gather belongings, change clothes, return props to their place, turn off equipment, etc. The Lessee is obliged to leave the premises in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental. At the end of each reserved break, the Owner is obliged to check the condition of the equipment and props.
5. If the Lessee ignores the Owner's request to end the photo/video-making session, does not return props to their place, and thus stays in the room longer than 10 minutes past the designated hour, the Owner reserves the right to automatically extend the rental by another hour. Such delay and rental extension are only possible if there are no other studio guests after the Lessee. If another rental occurs and the Lessee does not leave the studio on time, the Owner will still invite the next Lessee into the room.
6. The Lessee may stay in the studio rooms only in slippers provided by the Owner or in their own clean indoor shoes. If the Lessee plans to stay in the same shoes worn outside the rented room, the shoes must be wiped with wet wipes provided in sufficient quantities, or even washed with water in the studio kitchen. The soles of the shoes worn on the photographic background or cyclorama must be taped. The Lessee is obliged to inform everyone present in the room in advance about this and other rules.
7. Step on the paper backdrop and cyclorama curveture in high heels or placing items that may damage it (e.g., tables, chairs, armchairs) is prohibited. In case of damage to the photographic background, a fee of 50 PLN/m or 400 PLN for the entire background will be charged.
§7
1. The reception, rooms, and makeup area are monitored during studio operations.
2. The Owner does not guarantee clean sound during filming due to factors beyond their control - the sound of planes flying over the building or music playing next door is very audible in the studio, etc.
3. The Owner is not responsible for items left by the Lessee on the studio premises.
§8
1. The Owner reserves the right to terminate the rental in case of violation of any of the above rules. In such cases, the rental fee is non-refundable.
2. In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014, as amended, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of electronic services without giving any reasons, within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of this contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before the deadline expires. The contract is considered concluded when the Customer reserves a photography session on the Owner's website and the Owner confirms acceptance of the date.
3. Complaints should be submitted via email to: hello@f31studio.pl.
4. A complaint submission should include:

5. The photography studio undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. In the event that additional information or evidence is needed from the Customer, the complaint processing period may be extended. The Customer will be informed about the reasons for the extension and the anticipated time for resolution.
6. The photography studio will inform the Customer of the outcome of the complaint via email or phone.
7. If the complaint is deemed justified, the photography studio will take steps to rectify the service, repeat the photography session, or, in justified cases, refund part or all of the costs incurred by the Customer.
8. If the complaint is not acknowledged, the photography studio will provide the Customer with the justification for its decision and, where possible, propose an alternative solution.
9. The Customer has the right to pursue their claims in court if they are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint process.
10. This complaint procedure does not limit the Customer's rights under applicable legal regulations.
11. These regulations are effective from May 1, 2024.
12. The Owner reserves the right to amend these regulations. Any changes to the regulations will be announced on the Owner's website.
